    Your Tasker has up to 4 hours to accept — if they can't, pick someone else in two taps. Then you pay online; Fixgent holds the money until the job is done.

    Job done, you review

    Chat with your Tasker in the booking. Anything extra needs your approval in the app. When it's done, you leave a review.

  • Faults: inspection first. Pay a small inspection fee; your Tasker diagnoses and sends a fixed repair price. Go ahead and the fee is taken off — or say no and pay only the inspection.
  • 10% Fixgent service fee covers secure payment, support and payment protection. Shown before you confirm.
  • Nothing extra without your OK. Parts or extra work are added in the app, with the price, and only go ahead when you approve.
